On 20 July 2026, the 2026 Hurun Legal·Greater China's Preeminent Recommended lawyers(Cross-Border Dispute Resolution) was officially released. Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent) was successfully selected for the list with his solid professional competence and strong industry reputation, and was awarded the designation "Industry Pioneer+".

The Hurun legal is built upon a rigorous and objective industry research framework and is widely recognised as a highly credible authoritative ranking in China's legal services sector. This year's review covered 119 lawyers and systematically collated 696 representative project samples in cross-border dispute resolution, subjecting them to multi-dimensional assessments including case handling performance, client feedback, and industry contributions, ultimately selecting 21 outstanding recommended lawyers with the honorary title “industry pioneer+”. From the practical perspective of corporate procurement of legal services, the evaluation placed particular emphasis on substantive legal analysis, procedural strategy design, evidence and data governance, multi-jurisdictional coordination, and the realisation of final outcomes, with a special focus on whether lawyers can effectively translate professional judgments into actionable and implementable plans—thereby comprehensively measuring their overall service capabilities in complex scenarios.

谭岳奇律师在跨境争议解决领域深耕法律实务多年，专注跨境投资、国际建设工程合同、国际贸易等领域，具备丰富的行业经验与国际视野。其先后于西南政法大学、武汉大学法学院、荷兰海牙国际法学院学习深造，2002年取得武汉大学法学博士学位。

Attorney Tan Yueqi (Vincent) has been deeply engaged in legal practice for many years, with a focus on cross-border investment, international construction projects, and international trade. With extensive industry experience and an international perspective, Attorney Tan pursued legal studies at Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University School of Law, and the Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands, and obtained a Doctor of Laws degree from Wuhan University in 2002.

他曾任联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员，现担任包括新加坡国际仲裁中心、香港国际仲裁中心、伦敦国际仲裁院、瑞典斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院、迪拜国际仲裁中心、亚太国际仲裁院、俄罗斯仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、武汉仲裁委员会在内的多个重要仲裁机构的仲裁员，以及英国皇家特许仲裁员协会高级会员、欧中仲裁员协会会员；此外，他还是中国人民大学法学院法律硕士实务导师、香港律师会认证涉外律师、中国国际私法学会理事、武汉大学韩德培法学基金会理事，并获得2025 GRCD中国年度出海律师榜单、年度DAWKINS十佳出海律师、年度LegalOne粤港澳大湾区法律大奖：涉外法律服务律师15强、年度LegalOne实力之星：争议解决（仲裁）等多项表彰。

Attorney Tan previously served as an Observer to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law, and he currently serves as an arbitrator with a number of major arbitral institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber, the Russian Arbitration Center, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and the Wuhan Arbitration Commission. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Chinese-European Arbitration Association. In addition, he serves as a Practice Mentor for Master of laws’ students at Law School of Renmin University of China , a Foreign-Related Lawyer accredited by the Law Society of Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Chinese Society of Private International Law, and a Council Member of the Han Depei Law Foundation of Wuhan University. He has received multiple recognitions, including the 2025 GRCD China Annual Overseas Investment Lawyer of the Year, Dawkins 2025 Top 10 Lawyers for Overseas Practice, LegalOne Greater Bay Area Legal Awards: Top 15 Legal Practitioners(Foreign-related Services), and LegalOne 2025 Stellar Accolade: Dispute Resolution (Arbitration).
