2026年7月18日以及7月25日，北京中银（深圳）律师事务所权益合伙人谭岳奇律师受邀担任2026年FDI Moot国际投资仲裁模拟法庭大赛（FDI Moot）的预赛及半决赛评委。On July 18 and 25, 2026, Tan Yueqi(Vincent), Equity Partner at Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, has been invited to serve as a judge for the preliminary and semi-final rounds of the 2026 Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (“FDI Moot Shenzhen”).

FDI Moot国际投资模拟仲裁大赛（Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot）与Philip C. Jessup国际法模拟法庭辩论赛及Willem C. Vis国际商事模拟仲裁庭比赛并称为“全球三大模拟法庭竞赛”，在国际投资法领域具有广泛的影响力。该赛事模拟世界银行国际投资争端解决中心（ICSID）和联合国国际贸易法委员会（UNCITRAL）特设仲裁庭等平台下的国际投资仲裁程序，致力于培养各国高校学生在投资者-国家争端解决（ISDS）领域的专长技能。FDI Moot分为全球赛和区域/国家赛，共用一套赛题，参赛队伍需通过区域/国家赛获得进入全球赛的资格。国际投资模拟仲裁大赛深圳杯（FDI Moot Shenzhen）于2020年启动，由深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）独家主办，是中国赛队进入全球赛的唯一途径。

The Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (FDI Moot), together with the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, is known as the “World’s Three Greatest Moot Competitions”, which has a wide range of influence in international investment. The competition simulates international investment arbitration proceedings conducted under platforms such as the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and ad hoc arbitration tribunals established under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). It aims to develop specialized skills in Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) among university students worldwide. The competition is divided into a global competition and regional/national competitions, sharing the same case problem and materials. Teams are required to pass the regional/national competitions to qualify for the global competition. The FDI Moot Shenzhen, launched in 2020 and exclusively organized by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), serves as the only opportunity for Chinese teams to advance to the global competition.

谭岳奇律师专注于跨境投资、国际工程以及国际贸易领域，并担任新加坡国际仲裁中心、香港国际仲裁中心、伦敦国际仲裁院、斯德哥尔摩国际商会仲裁院、迪拜国际仲裁中心、亚太国际仲裁院（新加坡）、俄罗斯仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、中国海事仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、武汉仲裁委员会、长沙仲裁委员会仲裁员，具有丰富的实务经验。此外，谭岳奇律师还具有英国皇家特许仲裁员协会高级会员，香港律师会认证涉外律师资格，曾担任联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员。此次获邀担任评委，不仅是对谭律师个人专业能力的肯定，也体现了赛事组委会对其专业判断力的高度信任。赛前，谭律师充分阅读案件材料，在两场比赛中，与申请人以及被申请人积极互动，展示了缜密的法律思维以及裁判逻辑。

Tan Yueqi(Vincent) specializes in cross-border investment, international construction projects, and international trade. He serves as an arbitrator with multiple prestigious institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre(SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), London Court of International Arbitration(LCIA), SCC Arbitration Institute, Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), Russian Arbitration Center (RAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission(CMAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Wuhan Arbitration Commission and Changsha Arbitration Commission, bringing extensive practical experience to his role. In addition, Tan Yueqi(Vincent) is also Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and Registered Foreign Lawyer in the Law Society of Hong Kong. He once served as Observer of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law(UNCITRAL). His invitation to serve as a judge not only recognizes Tan Yueqi(Vincent)’s professional expertise but also reflects the high trust placed in his judgment by the competition’s organizing committee. Prior to the rounds, he thoroughly reviewed the case materials. During both sessions, he actively engaged with the Claimant and Respondent teams, demonstrating rigorous legal reasoning and adjudicative logic throughout the proceedings.

7月26日，谭岳奇律师作为颁奖嘉宾发言，他高度赞扬了深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）在推广国际仲裁文化、构建高水平法治交流平台方面的卓越贡献，并充分肯定了本届参赛选手展现出的卓越法律素养与思辨能力。谭律师指出，FDI Moot不仅是青年学子磨砺涉外法律实务技能的试金石，更是中国仲裁新生力量走向世界的孵化器。他勉励各位选手以此次赛事为契机，夯实理论基础，精进实战技巧，未来积极投身于国际投资争端解决事业，为中国高水平对外开放贡献法治智慧。

On July 26, Mr. Tan Yueqi(Vincent) delivered remarks as a guest presenter. He highly praised the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for its remarkable contributions to promoting international arbitration culture and fostering a high-level platform for legal exchange, and also commended the participants for their outstanding legal acumen and critical thinking skills. Mr. Tan noted that the FDI Moot serves not only as a touchstone for young students to hone their cross-border legal practice skills but also as an incubator for China’s emerging talent in arbitration to step onto the global stage. He encouraged the contestants to leverage this competition to solidify their theoretical foundations and refine their practical techniques, urging them to actively engage in international investment dispute resolution in the future and contribute legal wisdom to China’s high-level opening-up.
