On August 5, 2026, A delegation from the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) Guangzhou Office and Zaid lbrahim & Co., a leading Malaysian law firm, visited Beijing Zhongyin(Shenzhen) Law Firm for exchange. 会上，马来西亚投资发展局（MIDA）广州办事处赛夫万·尼扎尔·乔哈里结合马来西亚最新产业政策，解读了外资准入、税收优惠等关键条款；智阔律师事务所代表洪锡敬律师、黄爱丽律师则以半导体产业为例，对马来西亚投资的产业发展趋势、知识产权保护、当地劳工等实务痛点进行了剖析。

During the meeting, Mr. SAFWAN NIZAR JOHARI from MIDA elaborated on key provisions regarding foreign investment access and tax incentives in light of Malaysia’s latest industrial policies. Representatives from Zaid lbrahim & Co., Mr. Hong Xijing and Ms. Huang Aili, analyzed practical challenges in investing in Malaysia—such as industry trends in the semiconductor sector, intellectual property protection, and local labor issues—using the semiconductor industry as a case study.

Mr. Gao Jinghe highlighted Zhongyin Lawyers’ notable achievements in cross-border investment and dispute resolution. The parties agreed on enhancing legal services for bilateral investment, aligning with new RCEP-driven regional dynamics. It was noted that the Shenzhen Government Procurement Association launched an “Industry Global Expansion Alliance” in 2024. During this exchange, the Association presented a series of initiatives related to the Delapan Industrial Park project in Kedah, Malaysia, along with relevant collaboration opportunities.
