On 19 October 2026, Thomson Reuters’ Asian Legal Business (ALB) officially announced the “ALB Asia Top Greater Bay Area Cross-Border Lawyers 2026” list. Yueqi (Vincent) Tan, an equity partner at Beijing Zhongyin Law Firm (Shenzhen Office), has been named to the list in recognition of his outstanding work in cross-border legal services. This accolade attests to Mr. Tan’s expertise in cross-border legal matters within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and in international legal practice.

The ALB Asia Top Greater Bay Area Cross-Border Lawyers 2026 list focuses on cross-border legal services for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In addition to practitioners qualified in both mainland China and Hong Kong or Macao, this year’s selection also includes lawyers specialising in cross-border work connecting the Greater Bay Area with Hong Kong and Macao. Their practice areas span cross-border M&A, financing, dispute resolution and compliance. He serves as an arbitrator at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (Singapore) (“APIAC”), Russian Arbitration Center (RAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Wuhan Arbitration Commission (WHAC) and Changsha Arbitration Commission. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a member of the European China Arbitration Association, a Practical Mentor for the Juris Master (JM) Programme at Renmin University of China, a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong, a Council Member of the Chinese Society of Private International Law, and a Council Member of the Han Depei Law Foundation at Wuhan University.

Mr. Tan was previously recognised on the 2025 GRCD China Overseas Investment Lawyer of the Year list, honoured in the 2025 LegalOne Greater Bay Area Legal Awards as one of the Top 15 Foreign-related Legal Services Lawyers, named among the DAWKINS 2025 Top 10 Corporate Going Global Lawyers, and awarded the “Industry Pioneer+” title in the 2026 Hurun Smart List — Greater China Excellent Legal Services Guide (Cross-border Dispute Resolution).
