2026年10月24日至25日，北京中银（深圳）律师事务所权益合伙人谭岳奇律师受邀出席2026年FDI Moot国际投资仲裁模拟法庭大赛全球赛（FDI Moot Globals），并受邀担任两场比赛的首席仲裁员（Presiding Arbitrator）。这是国际三大模拟仲裁庭赛事全球赛首次来到中国并落户深圳，谭律师的深度参与充分彰显了其在国际投资仲裁领域的专业实力与国际视野。

On 24–25 October 2026, Yueqi (Vincent) Tan, Equity Partner of Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm, was invited to attend the 2026 Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (FDI Moot) Globals, where he served as the Presiding Arbitrator for two matches. This marks the first time the global rounds of one of the world’s three major moot competitions have been hosted in China and staged in Shenzhen. Mr. Tan’s deep involvement fully demonstrates his professional strength and international vision in the field of international investment arbitration.

本届赛事由深圳国际仲裁院（SCIA）主办。2026年10月23日，赛事开幕式在深圳隆重举行。来自全球33个国家及地区的72支赛队，以及37个国家及地区的182名仲裁专家裁判齐聚一堂，共同开启为期五天的赛事角逐。FDI Moot与Philip C. Jessup国际法模拟法庭辩论赛及Willem C. Vis国际商事模拟仲裁庭比赛并称为“全球三大模拟法庭竞赛”，在国际投资法领域具有广泛影响力。该赛事模拟世界银行国际投资争端解决中心（ICSID）仲裁机制，以及依据联合国国际贸易法委员会（UNCITRAL）规则设立的特设仲裁庭下的国际投资仲裁程序，致力于培养各国高校学生在投资者-国家争端解决（ISDS）领域的专长技能。

Hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the event held its opening ceremony in Shenzhen on 23 October 2026. Over five days of competition, the event gathered 72 teams from 33 countries and regions, as well as 182 arbitration experts and adjudicators from 37 countries and regions. Together with the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, the FDI Moot ranks among the world’s three most renowned moot competitions, exerting widespread influence in the field of international investment law. The competition simulates international investment arbitration proceedings under the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) arbitration mechanism, as well as before ad hoc tribunals constituted under the rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). It is dedicated to cultivating specialized skills in Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) among university students worldwide.

谭岳奇律师长期专注于跨境投资、国际工程以及国际贸易领域，并担任新加坡国际仲裁中心、香港国际仲裁中心、伦敦国际仲裁院、斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院（SCC仲裁院）、迪拜国际仲裁中心、亚太国际仲裁院（新加坡）、俄罗斯仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、武汉仲裁委员会、长沙仲裁委员会仲裁员，具有丰富的实务经验。此外，谭律师还是英国皇家特许仲裁员协会高级会员（FCIArb）、香港律师会认证涉外律师，并曾担任联合国国际贸易法委员会观察员。

Mr. Tan has long focused his practice on cross-border investment, international engineering projects, and international trade. He serves as an arbitrator at numerous leading arbitral institutions, including the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the SCC Arbitration Institute, Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (APIAC), Russian Arbitration Center (RAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), Wuhan Arbitration Commission, and Changsha Arbitration Commission, bringing extensive practical experience to his role. Furthermore, Mr. Tan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Registered Foreign Lawyer accredited by the Law Society of Hong Kong, and a former observer to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).

今年7月，谭岳奇律师已受邀担任2026年FDI Moot Shenzhen（深圳杯）预赛及半决赛的评委。此次再度受邀执裁全球赛并担任首席仲裁员，体现了赛事组委会对其专业判断力的高度信任。在10月24日至25日的两场全球赛中，谭律师赛前充分阅读案件材料，庭审中与申请人及被申请人积极互动，以缜密的法律思维、公正的裁判视角和严谨的逻辑把控庭审节奏，圆满完成了首席仲裁员的职责。

In July this year, Mr. Tan was invited to serve as an adjudicator for the preliminary and semi-final rounds of the 2026 FDI Moot Shenzhen. His reappointment to adjudicate the global rounds and serve as Presiding Arbitrator reflects the Organising Committee’s high confidence in his professional judgment. For the two global matches on 24–25 October, Mr. Tan conducted a thorough pre-hearing review of the case materials. During the hearings, he actively engaged with both the Claimant and Respondent teams, steered the proceedings with rigorous legal reasoning, an impartial adjudicative perspective, and sound logical analysis, and successfully fulfilled his duties as Presiding Arbitrator.
