2026年5月15日，来自波兰的Kubas Kos Gałkowski（KKG）律师事务所驻华首席代表Pawel Sikora律师到访北京中银（深圳）律师事务所，双方就深化中欧跨境法律合作举行闭门交流会。中银深圳权益合伙人朱耀龙律师、谭岳奇律师，国际业务委员会主任张晶晶律师、副主任张逸雯律师，及国际业务委员会成员黄海律师、王雯茜律师、张逸博共同参与讨论。

On May 15, 2026, Mr. Pawel Sikora, Resident Partner of Kubas Kos Gałkowski (KKG) in China and Chief Representative of the Polish law firm’s Chinese office, visited Beijing Zhongyin (Shenzhen) Law Firm. The two parties held a closed-door seminar focused on deepening cross-border legal cooperation between China and Europe. The meeting was attended by Zhu Yaolong(Allen) and Tan Yueqi(Vincent), Equity Partners at Zhongyin Shenzhen; Zhang Jingjing, Director of the International Business Committee, and Zhang Yiwen, Deputy Director of the Committee; along with committee members Huang Hai, Wang Wenxi, and Zhang Yibo.

依托深圳及前海改革开放的窗口优势，双方重点探讨了三大核心议题。首先，Pawel Sikora律师简要介绍了KKG律所的业务情况，针对深圳及前海企业“出海”需求，双方深入讨论了如何利用KKG在中东欧的密集网络，为企业在欧盟市场的合规运营与业务拓展提供精准导航，其中Pawel Sikora特别介绍了波兰为了吸引外商投资而实行的税收优惠政策以及其服务中国客户的一些项目经验。其次，双方详细梳理了在跨境投融资、并购及争议解决等领域的资源互补性，并就建立常态化案件协作机制达成共识。最后，双方一致同意将共同打造一体化服务体系，以满足欧洲企业进入中国市场时对法律合规及商业落地的双重需求。

Leveraging the strategic advantages of Shenzhen and the Qianhai Free Trade Zone as hubs for reform and opening-up, the discussions centered on three core areas. Firstly, Mr. Pawel Sikora provided an overview of KKG’s practice areas. Addressing the “going global” needs of enterprises in Shenzhen and Qianhai, both sides explored how to utilize KKG’s extensive network in Central and Eastern Europe to provide precise guidance for companies regarding compliance operations and business expansion within the EU market. During the session, Pawel Sikora specifically highlighted Poland’s tax incentive policies designed to attract foreign investment, as well as shared some of his project experience in serving Chinese clients. Secondly, the parties conducted a detailed review of their complementary resources in cross-border investment and financing, M&A, and dispute resolution. They reached a consensus on establishing a normalized case collaboration mechanism. Finally, both firms agreed to jointly build an integrated service system to meet the dual demands of European enterprises entering the Chinese market, specifically regarding legal compliance and commercial implementation.

此次交流不仅巩固了中银深圳与KKG之间的战略互信，更为双方未来在“一带一路”倡议下的法律服务协同奠定了坚实基础。展望未来，双方将携手构建高效、专业的跨境法律服务平台，持续赋能中欧双向经贸往来，为企业在全球化布局中保驾护航。
